We hope you enjoy your Elouise Keene purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for refunds due to our limited-quantity production.


Exchange Eligibility

To ensure a smooth exchange process, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached

• Items must be postmarked within 7 business days of delivery

• Items must not be custom-made, personalized, or altered

• Items must not be marked FINAL SALE

Items that do not meet these guidelines may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Exchange Shipping Fee

• A $20 exchange shipping fee applies to all approved exchanges

• This fee covers the outbound shipping of your replacement item

• The exchange shipping fee is non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.


How to Request an Exchange


To begin an exchange or request store credit, please email customerservice@elouisekeene.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to exchange

• Your preferred replacement item(s) or request for store credit

• The reason for your exchange


Our team will be happy to assist and will provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with next steps.

Please note: items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We recommend keeping your return tracking information for reference. While we’ll do our best to assist, Elouise Keene is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your item has been received and reviewed, we’ll notify you by email when your exchange or store credit is being processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks from receipt for completion.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customerservice@elouisekeene.com as soon as possible. After verification, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit, and the $20 exchange shipping fee will be waived.

Sale & Promotional Items

• Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit

• Full-priced items purchased with a promo code may be exchanged or returned for store credit, except:

• Items purchased during Black Friday promotions

• Orders placed using BLACKFRIDAY promotional codes, which are eligible for store credit only

• Full-priced items purchased using our 10% welcome discount are eligible for exchange or store credit

• Discount codes cannot be applied to FINAL SALE items or combined with other promotions

• We are unable to offer price matching on FINAL SALE items

• Previous orders are not eligible for price adjustments during Holiday Sales, Summer Sales, Black Friday, Early Access events, or In-Stock Sales

• Price matching is available only on identical styles (same style, color, and size) and must be requested within 7 business days of the original order date

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7-10 business days. For faster shipping choose Express or Next Day shipping.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
